2011 Kawasaki KX250 and KX450
Kawasaki have released the 2011 KX250F and KX450F motocrossers in Australia.
Kawasaki Australia have released the new 2011 model KX250 and KX450.
The all new KX250F receives a host of refinements and upgrades in 2011 including battery-less fuel injection. Amongst other changes, the 2011 KX250F receives the new (SFF) Separate Function front Fork used for the first time in a mass produced motocrosser. SFF fork means the spring is in one leg, with the damping funtion in the other (see pic)
For 2011 there are a number of updates to the KX450F including a new ECU for increased low-mid range performance. The new lighter handling chassis offers increased rear wheel traction and lighter handling while a new FIM approved muffler keeps noise down. The Kayaba AOS fork with DLC coating features revised settings as does the new rear shock absorber.
Premium quality Renthal aluminium handlebars are included as standard equipment along with black triple clamps, number plates, engine covers, hubs and wheels on both the 2011 KX450F and KX250F. Factory style graphics and new grippier seats finish off the package.
The 2011 KX450F is available at the RRP of $11,699 and the 2011 KX250F is available at the RRP of $10,999.
