Andrew Pitt gets a new bike
Andrew Pitt has picked up a new lower powered ride.
Two times World Supersport Champion Aussie Andrew Pitt headed to the headquarters of famous bicycle manufacturer Specialized in Italy last week to take delivery of his new Tarmac Pro training bike. Andrew, a passionate and talented cyclist, had a Body Geometry F.I.T session before taking delivery of his bike. The BG F.I.T session helps riders pedal longer and faster through correct fitment of their body on the bike – much like setting up the geometry and riding position on a motorcycle.
When Andrew spends time in Italy he stays near Lucca and does three-hour training rides through Tuscanny.
After picking up his Tarmac Pro, Andrew headed to Lake Como to spend some time training with fellow Specialized cyclist, World Superbike Rider Ben Spies. The pair cycle together a lot between races and plan to use their new bikes as much as possible before Monza WSBK on May 8, 9 & 10.
