Knee Down 3
The third issue of KNEE DOWN, an Australian magazine devoted to track day riders and road racing enthusiasts, has hit your local print magazine seller.
World Champ Andrew Pitt reveals how to ride one of our favorite tracks, Wanneroo – or Barbagallo as it’s known in sunny Perf. Andrew also has a chat with Cam Donald, as well as delivering advice on braking markers. He doesn’t stop there, testing the Yamaha Racing Team’s Supersport R6 in this issue as well.
Jeff Ware manages a slower-paced ride on the Championship-winning Suzuki GSX-R600 of Troy Herfoss and also scores a ride on The 6 Hour BMW S1000 RR, and Paul Bailey samples BMW’s S1000RR in stock and modified form.
Other features include testing Dunlop’s SportSmart N-Tec tyres on both road and track, and the world launch of Pirelli’s Diablo Rosso II tyres.
Road racing results from around the world, as well as club-level racing in Australia is another unique feature of Knee Down, as are pics of normal folk in “On Any Track Day”
