Vance & Hines Harley rider Eddie Krawiec has won the 2011 NHRA Pro-Stock Motorcycle Championship.

Vance and Hines Harley-Davidson rider Eddie Krawiec is the 2011 Pro Stock Motorcycle champion for 2011 after reaching a runner-up spot at the World Finals held at Pomona California.

While his team mate Andrew Hines won the event – both riders running 6.81 in the final, but Krawiec with a red light – the only other championship contender was Hector Arana Jnr who needed to win the event to have any chance of being champ.

Krawiec had disposed of Arana Jr’s threat in the previous round, defeating the Buell rider 6.83 to 6.86. This is Krawiec’s second championship, having won it in 2008.
