Marc Marquez, the current 125cc champion, has finished fastest at the Moto2 test in Valencia.

Marquez fast in Moto2 Test

Marc Marquez, the current 125cc World Champion, has shown he will likely continue his form on into Moto2, with a fastest time set at yesterday’s Valencia test.

Marquez, who turns 18 this week, posted a lap time of 1:35.6 ahead of Scott Redding. This is half a second faster than the pole position time set in last years race by Toni Elias, a 1:36.14

The Repsol sponsored Suter rider will test again at Estoril, Portugal on Tuesday.
