Meet Corser and Xaus in Melbourne

Troy Corser and his team-mate Ruben Xaus will be making an appearance in Melbourne.

BMW Motorrad offers World Superbike fans the unique opportunity to chat with Australia’s own Troy Corser and his Spanish team-mate Ruben Xaus in Melbourne just days ahead of the opening round of the 2009 WSKB Championship at Phillip Island. Corser and Xaus will be appearing at BMW Southbank Motorcycles in the heart of Melbourne (130 City Road, Southbank) from 6.30pm – 8.00pm on 24 February, to chat about their pre-season testing on the new BMW S 1000 RR superbike racer which makes its competition debut at the Island the following weekend.

Not only is it the debut of the new race bike, but it marks the return of the famous BMW roundel to the pinnacle of production bike racing at World Championship level. Both Corser and Xaus are extremely talented and experienced riders and their pre-season form in practice on the brand new machine with the brand new team has been incredibly encouraging.
