Stewart closes the gap – AMA SX Championship Thriller
James Stewart has won again in Seattle, the AMA SX championship heads to the last 2 rounds in a nailbiter.

James “Bubba” Stewart has bounced back from recent adversity in the best possible way with a second Supercross win in a row. Stewart’s win in Seattle sets up a thrilling season end, with 4 riders in solid championship contention.
Veteran rider and defending winner Kevin Windham scored his best finish of the season with a great second place on his Honda, while Chad Reed held out Ryan Villopoto for third.
The 2011 AMA Supercross championship has 2 rounds left to run with only 9 points covering the top 4 riders. Chad Reed’s 3rd place has him in 2nd place in the points, 6 behind Ryan Villopoto.
The series takes a week break before the penultimate round in Salt Lake City, Utah on the 30th April 2011.
