Pirelli increase race contingency in Qld

pirelli-qld-s Pirelli has increased its Contingency Program and reduced race tyre pricing for Motorcycle Sportsmen of QLD members in 2011.

Link International is pleased to announce an increased Contingency Program for Motorcycle Sportsmen of QLD racing members using Pirelli tyres in season 2011.

With an increased focus on competitors in Formula 1, Formula 2, Formula 6 and Clubsport Lites in the Motorcycle Sportsmen of QLD run 2011 series, riders using Pirelli will be eligible for contingency to the value of over $5000. In addition Competition Members of the Club can now purchase their Pirelli tyres at a reduced special price reduced form last season at selected authorised Pirelli Race Centres in QLD.

“I am thrilled that in the current global financial crisis that Pirelli are not only renewing their support for the Motorcycle Sportsmen from last year but increasing the value to our members” said Jared Peters, club President. “We had a very successful 2010 season with Pirelli contingency for our club rounds and the Pirelli Masters of Morgan Park. We look forward to a great year of racing and with the support from Pirelli we are now able to expand the profile of our club through advertising to attract more riders and spectators and therefore retaining a great relationship”
