Kawasakis Reardon and Hoad looking for a win

The Pro Open Rider won Round Two of the Sunshine Motocross Series in preparation for Round Two of the Australian Supercross Championship, kicking off tomorrow night at Avalon Speedway, Victoria.

Reardon, who competed in both Pro Open and Pro Lites Classes of the Queensland based Series
last weekend, utilised the event as a preliminary warm up session before heading South to defend
his 2006 Supercross Title this weekend.

Still carrying the momentum after last weekends win, Reardon is pumped and ready to do battle
under lights tomorrow night. Putting his Round One frustrations behind him, Reardon is completely
focused on hunting down those gold championship points.

Team mate Mitch Hoad, walked away with a Pro Lites Round Two victory last year and believes it
is again his turn to stand on that podium tomorrow night.

Hoad kicked off his preparation for this weekend’s event with a win at the Red Bull X Ray
competition held at Picton last week. Partnered up with Australian Freestyle Champion Robbie
Maddison and Junior Rider Luke Neil, the Team of three wowed onlookers as they tossed, turned
and threw their machines around in the dirt.

Hoad said “Competing in the event was awesome. It was great preparation leading into this
weekend’s event. I feel better and better everyday and I just want to get out on the track and win
Round 2, just like last year”.

Competitors beware . . . both KRT Riders are out to win tomorrow night . . .
