ONE MILLION GSX-Rs!

Suzuki recently cranked out the ONE MILLIONTH example of its ever evolving GSX-R sportsbike. A special commemorative 1000cc version will be here soon.

To celebrate the production of the one millionth GSX-R, Suzuki will be releasing a special commemorative edition 1000cc Gixxer.

Limited to 1,985 examples worldwide – a hat tip to the year the GSX-R was launched as a game changing 750cc supersport machine – only 100 will make it to Australia.

Suzuki still make a 750cc GSX-R, but have since added the popular 600 and 1000cc variants.

The commemorative edition of the GSX-R1000 features a brand-new colour scheme reflecting its race heritage, decals on wheels, special anniversary decals and matching seat cowl.

A unique serial number plate and special key add to the value and exclusivity of this special edition.

The commemorative GSX-R1000s are expected to arrive by January 2013 available for a Recommended Price of $18,490*.
