It’s on again. 2010 Motorcycle Shootout at Willowbank All Bike drag day.

2010 Shootout – All Motorcycle Drag Racing

March 28th of 2010 – this coming weekend – will see the running of the Morgan and Wacker Motorcycle Shootout at Queensland’s Willowbank Raceway. With classes for all motorcycles, from the fastest dragbike, to standard street bikes, all motorcycles and riders are welcome.

Classes to be run include:

Harley/Buell – Road registered Harley’s or Buells with no ANDRA licence
Cruiser Classic – open to any cruiser type bikes (2, 3 or 4 cylinders) – subject to entry numbers
True Street Bike – Road registered bikes with no ANDRA licence

in addition, the usual ANDRA dragbike brackets of Modified Bike and Competition Bike will be run, along with the Pro Street bracket for extended bikes running against a 9.0 index.

Entry fee to compete is $60, which includes rider and 2 others, while spectators are $20. Admission for kids under 14 are free.

Motorcycle (slower than 9.99 sec) Requirements

* full faced helmet to standard
* leather jacket or equivalent
* long pants
* full leather boots extending 275mm from the base of the heel
* full leather gloves

Motorcycles (quicker than 10.00) Requirements

* ANDRA rules apply
