Honda and Moriwaki team up for special offer
Honda Australia and Moriwaki Engineering are offering a very special opportunity to purchase Moriwaki racing pipes through the Honda Dealer network.
Racing has always been an integral part of Honda thinking, and over many years, the manufacturer has built a solid reputation as being a company that embodies the spirit of motorsport at all levels. To further support the privateer level racer in this country, Honda Australia and Moriwaki Engineering are offering a very special opportunity to purchase Moriwaki racing pipes through the Honda Dealer network.
Products available include slip on and full twin exhaust systems, as well as rear sets and sliders for Honda's championship winning CBR600RR and CBR1000RR, as well as Race Systems for the CBR150 and CRF250R motocrossers.
Since 1973, Moriwaki have been participating in the motorsports scene as a professional racing team, and those familiar with world level racing will already know that the Moriwaki brand is synonymous with quality, style and state of the art technology. Their highly qualified engineers have been able to undertake development in the most extreme environments, the results of which are fed into each and every product.
The basic concept of Moriwaki's exhaust development is to increase the motorcycle's power in the entire rev range. Their philosophy is that having a 'peaky' power curve offers the rider less control. Having a "flat power curve", on the other hand, is the characteristic that offers the most balance and steadiness, ultimately allowing the rider to clock faster lap times.
This sort of thinking translates to all of the company's products, the success of which can be seen in Honda partnered events such as the Suzuka 8 Hour, All Japan Championships and others. In Australia, Moriwaki are also currently working with the Teknic Honda Race Team to further develop their product range.
Forward orders are now being taken for all products, with delivery to take place in plenty of time for the 2008 racing season! For information and recommended retail prices, please visit your local Honda Dealer.
