2011 Suzuki GSX-R1000 Released in Australia

The 2011 model Suzuki GSX-R1000 has been unleashed in Australia with BNG.

The 2011 GSX-R1000 is upon us here in Australia, and a great motorcycle it is too. In fact it’s just as great as last years model, because it’s pretty much the same, save for some new “dramatic new graphics” and two “striking new colour schemes”.

Blue/White and Black/Silver are the schemes available for 2011 – although that frame looks a bit like a brownish. The GFC seems to have slowed down the flow of latest and greatest from all the manufacturers of late, although if your 1000cc rocket really needed that extra few horsepower for the street is debatable. Fans of the big S waiting for a BMW killer will be thinking 2012.

RRP will be around 18,990, plus the usual on roads applicable in your state. Check your local Suzuki dealer.
