Aprilia announce a “Factory” version of the 750 Dorsoduro motard.

The Dorsoduro is Aprilia’s supermotard version of their great mid size sporty, the 750 Shiver. Now comes the Factory version.

Like all Aprilia Factory models, suspension, braking and a smattering of trick bits accompany the addition of the Factory moniker. Appearance wise the Factory Dorsoduro stands out with a red frame and that familiar carbon fibre weave.

Sachs fully adjustable 43mm forks carrying 4 piston Brembo radial carriers, 320mm wave discs, a new piggyback reservoir shock and braided lines complete the picture.

Like all shiver/Dorsoduro models, throttle is “ride by wire”with triple maps, and a rorty sounding underseat exhaust. 92 hp from the 750cc v-twin should see you safely away at the lights.

Look for the Dorsoduro Factory around June 2010, and expect to pay about 16,500 plus on roads in Australia.
