Ebay Ad of the Week – 1979 CBX Honda with 9 miles

A one owner, 1979 CBX1000 six cylinder Honda. With 9 miles on the clock.

Once again, the Ebay Ad of the Week is from the USA, because where else would someone buy one of Honda’s awesome 6 cylinder CBX 1000s, and never register or use it – for 31 years!

The seller, Hal, says he bought a CX500 at the same time for a daily rider, and then other bikes along the way, and he never ended up registering the CBX. In almost perfect conditiom, with only 9.5 miles on the odometer, this would be the buy of a lifetime for a Honda -or any Japanese superbike – fan. Reserve price is reportedly 14k US.  If only.
